Dear zeus, sometimes we ARE able to catch you when cal is around! sometimes... but usually, as soon as you see calvin, you take off as fast as possible in the opposite direction, which makes calvin want to hold you and squeeze you even more than ever! we DO love you, though.

Go fly a kite...

Lately we have been enjoying flying kites...

Cal is actually getting pretty good at it himself, with just a little guidance.

luckily, we have a big backyard and no power lines or trees to contend with... and to be honest, I think I am the only one that has ended up with a kite on the roof of our house so far. I never said I was a pro! On the other hand, adam makes me sick with how well he can handle and control the movement of the kites. Yet another thing that he is so much better at than me! aarrrgggghh!
