Another birthday has come and gone... celebrated late at night, when mommy got home from work

now I am 28. wow. time flies...

Turning 27

Having just celebrated my 27th birthday as a fairly new mother, I am now realizing just how unimportant in this world I have become... and you want to know the funniest thing about this? I am okay with that! Birthdays used to be a really big deal to me, I loved to lavished with gifts and attention all day long and even better if it happened to last a couple of days or longer! But now, with my just-turned 1 year old at my side, I could care less about my birthday. I only care now about his milestones, his birthdays, his happiness and his enjoyment. call me strange
